The Lady Tiger softball team was on the road at Madison Tuesday. The game was a real pitchers duel with neither side scoring a run through 5 innings. Then, with 2 out in the top of the 6th, Alexa Higgins waited on a 2-out changeup and drove it deep into the left-center gap. Hannah Reeves followed that with an RBI single and Brashear held a 1-0 lead. Brashears lead didn't last long as Madison then scored 3 runs in the the bottom of the 6th and held on for the 3-1 win. Hannah Reeves had 2 hits for Brashear with Aubrey Bleything, Averi Acton, Alexa Higgins, and Callie Althide also having hits. Averi Acton got the start striking out 7.
